The Problem

How do we make emerging autonomous transit technologies understandable, trustworthy, and actionable for cities, developers, and institutional partners?
Autonomous mobility is often discussed in highly technical or abstract terms, making it difficult for non-technical stakeholders to evaluate readiness, understand service implications, or imagine real-world deployment. Beep needed a way to translate complex systems—vehicles, software, operations, and governance—into clear stories, services, and experiences that support decision-making.

The Solution

Noble partnered with Beep to define the first phase of an experiential platform that brings Beep’s autonomous mobility vision to life. This phase focused on concept development for flagship demo and executive briefing environments—spaces designed not as showrooms, but as decision-support tools for clients and partners.

Our team worked to frame Beep’s technology as a city-scale service, mapping how people understand booking, riding, operations, and workforce impacts. We developed experience narratives, interaction concepts, and spatial frameworks that translate abstract autonomy into tangible, human-centered services. This included early concepts for immersive demonstrations, smart city simulations, and service storytelling—grounded in real deployment scenarios such as the Tavistock Digital District in Orlando.
