The Challenge New York City’s LinkNYC and Intersection’s national DOOH networks required a unified system to manage thousands of public screens, kiosks, and transit displays. The problem wasn’t just scale—content lived in scattered tools, alerts traveled slowly, hardware issues surfaced late, and ad operations were stitched together through manual processes. The network needed a single platform capable of bringing real-time content, service alerts, maintenance intelligence, and advertising operations under one dependable umbrella.

The Solution
We designed and built InConnect, a robust, end-to-end content and network management suite for transit and DOOH operations.
InConnect consolidates system-wide tools into one interface, allowing operations teams, advertisers, and transit partners to monitor, update, and measure the network from a single source of truth. The platform supports: Content & CMS Management: Schedule, publish, and localize transit info, public messaging, and campaigns Real-Time Alerts: Push critical service updates across all screens instantly Hardware Monitoring: Track device health, connectivity, uptime, and field maintenance workflows Ad Operations: Manage placements, proofs of play, and integrated reporting Analytics & Reporting: Network performance dashboards, engagement metrics, and operational insights InConnect became the operational backbone of LinkNYC and other Intersection-managed networks—improving reliability, reducing manual workload, and allowing the system to respond faster during service changes and emergencies.
